Terrible customer service and extremely expensive. I took 2 tractor front end cylinders there to be rebuilt. The technician couldn’t give me an estimate for repairs or an estimate time of completion. I never received a call for an update so I called 4 days later and I was told the rebuild kit just came in. 3 days later I called for an update and was told my cylinders were ready. I went to pick them up and was charged $1449.50. Wow I didn’t expect that cost. Also they did not use my ag exemption to prevent excess taxes and when I reported that I was told they will try to reverse that. 3 days later NO response…..I hate I can’t give a zero rating

I was in a bind today. Needed a seal kit for a loader cylinder. Had no luck until I found Sapphire Hydraulics. When I parked, I was met at the door, I explained my situation, and received a response of “let’s get you taken care of”. That’s exactly what happened. I was able to complete the repair and have the tractor ready for an AM delivery to my customer. Folks like this are few and far between these days.
